### Scraping That Just Works, with Excellent Customer Support and Great Documentation (G2, 5.0/5)

**What do you like best about Scrape.do?**

> First and foremost, their scraping that I needed just works! I used them several times already and plan to use them more. Their support is prompt, professional and courteous and their documentation is very well built. I use it from Claude Code and don't need to do anything myself.

> I need to extract Google Reviews for a places for 12-18 months to analyze them. I cannot do it any other way. I did some screenshooting and gave it to Claude to analyze but this is not scalable at all.

### Makes my life a way more easier than before! (G2, 5.0/5)

**What do you like best about Scrape.do?**

> I love the simplicity of the solution. As a founder of large marketing consultancy company, we need to make comprehensive audits for the different markets but data acquisition is a real pain. To solve this problem, we have implemented scrape.do's new proxy solution into our crawlers. Even the basic site crawlers like Screaming Frog have a support for proxy integration. By using this, it guarantees the successful requests. Eventhough I don't even need to retry for most requests.

**What do you dislike about Scrape.do?**

> I had to change my URLs to send requests over scrape.do before they implement the proxy solution. It was time wasting work around but I have shared the feedback through live chat and they have implemented the feature in few weeks.

### Competitive, powerful and flexible proxy tool (G2, 5.0/5)

**What do you like best about Scrape.do?**

> We appreciate the security measures employed by your company, which work in the interest of all of us. Once you register, it's not difficult to figure out how to use the services to support our own research and development. Your support engineers are very helpful in helping me find a solution that works for us, and your product teams are always coming up with new features and products that add value for research and development. The latency isn't bad, and we hardly ever have problems with proxies failing during testing runs.

> Based on the multiple factors, we picked you as a provider, and your service worked well for the traffic we needed at that time. > 1. Their scraping API is really effective. I was able to scrape websites with high security such as Cloudflare and some ReCaptcha and it seems to work by nearly 100% chance as I monitored.

> 2. However, you need to be careful when cancelling subscription. There are 2 options for cancelling subscription. First option is to cancel immediately and second option is to cancel at next billing period. I should have selected second option but actually selected first option. I simply thought they won't  remove my credits because cancelling subscription is not cancelling my service but cancelling recurring billing only. However, I found out all my credit disappeared as soon as cancelling first option. So, I reached out their customer service for help. They restored my credit right away.

### Excellent Support and Service (Trustpilot, 5.0/5)

> We're using scrape.do for our sem project and fetch huge amount of serp pages from google without any problems. We were using other scraper tools and the success rate was not good as scrape.do. Also the support is not good as scrape.do. Scrape.do is the best choice on the market if you scrape lots of pages from web.

### Very fast and fault tolerant super proxy (Trustpilot, 5.0/5)

> scrape.do, they website is very simple to use, and their packages/prices are worth for it for real, but most likely im in love with the support they provided, they responded literally in a second when i first messaged them, we talked much and they suggested me many things, offered new packages, dedicated servers, which they could customize and set up for me, basically if you want something cool service you should hit them up, they are fine to help you through all steps, and even if the proxies wont fit for your need they can process the refund (i tried many provider, some had so big prices and they were not providing refunds, and this guys i must say even made btc wallet for me to proccess the payments, and refunded with it, many other provider do not offer refund on btc/eth...)
> so if you want good support, cheap prices, and highest quality you should definitely choose scrape.do !

### 500M Requests with 250 threads in 1 month (Trustpilot, 5.0/5)
