      "body": "1. Their scraping API is really effective. I was able to scrape websites with high security such as Cloudflare and some ReCaptcha and it seems to work by nearly 100% chance as I monitored.\n\n2. Their dashboard is easy to use, intuitive and helpful to check my scraping job and credit usage in nearly real time manner.\n\n2. However, you need to be careful when cancelling subscription. There are 2 options for cancelling subscription. First option is to cancel immediately and second option is to cancel at next billing period. I should have selected second option but actually selected first option. I simply thought they won't  remove my credits because cancelling subscription is not cancelling my service but cancelling recurring billing only. However, I found out all my credit disappeared as soon as cancelling first option. So, I reached out their customer service for help. They restored my credit right away.\n\nIn summary, their product and dashboard is very good but their subscription system needs some improvement. I had some hassle during subscription cancellation issue but will use their service continuously. I hope this review would help anyone considering scrape.do as solution for scraping API and rotating proxies. 😃",

      "body": "We've been partners with Scrape.do for over a year now. I used to think that choosing a partner always meant picking two out of three: Price, Customer Support, and Service Quality. But that's not the case with them - you get the full package.\n\nCustomer Support - Their support is always available and friendly. They work on weekends and even during late-night hours. Simple issues are resolved within minutes, medium issues within half an hour, and even the most challenging problems within a few days. Their support uptime is as reliable as their proxies.\n\nService Quality - Scrape.do offers two types of services: an API gateway and HTTP proxies. We are heavy users of the HTTP proxy mode (our preferred choice). These proxies help us scrape around 92 domains under high load. They've overcome the most difficult targets in my experience - including Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack - and support handling 10-20 million daily requests to Amazon. If anything breaks, their support helps you resolve it without having to rewrite your entire codebase. The proxies are highly customizable, with options for country targeting, rendering, and screenshotting - saving us from managing a fleet of Selenium or Playwright machines.\n\nPrice - The pricing is very affordable. Our system makes 200-400 million requests per month, and the cost of both the quality of service and customer support fits well within our budget.\n\nOverall, I'm very pleased to have found them.       "body": "I was looking for a provider, who can offer rotating proxies from the whole world for a reasonable price.\nI tried their free tier with 1000 API calls and it didn't work with my use case.\nI contacted their support and I was able to talk to somebody immediately, although we have 5 hours time difference between us. My issue was taken care of at once, they adjusted their software code and I was able to use the service within an hour.\n\nI was afraid to pay the next subscription package because of the limit for concurrent API calls and to be sure I went with another provider, which has data limits instead of call limits and was happy for half a month with them, but then the data limit kicked in and I would have had to pay double the money for the next tier than what's the amount that Scrape do is asking for for the same service in a month, so I cancelled the subscription there and went back to Scrape do.\n\nI paid the subscription, but I had a few question about geo targeting, which was an easy setup at the competitor, but wasn't immediately clear to me at Scrape do for my use case, so I contacted Support again and my chat request was answered imediately and it was explained to me, how I can use geotargeting, which is very easy actually.\n\nI am actually very happy and even if I will have problems, I am sure, I will be helped immediately.",

I recently signed up for scrape.do's Pro membership to complete a complex scraping assignment.\n\nMy use-case was very complex, using Python and Selenium, and requiring geocoding, javascript rendering, and captcha bypasses. Not only was my success rate high given how complex the task was, the speeds were amazingly fast.\n\nMost other scraping services did not even manage to perform a single scrape successfully! To top this all off, the customer support was prompt and reliable throughout. Even when I was still on the free tier, Batuhan was extremely generous with his time and gave me all the advice I needed to make my project a success. On average, I waited no longer than 5 minutes for a reply.\n\nI highly recommend scrape.do for any scraping project which requires proxy rotation. They are a cut above the rest.",

      "body": "scrape.do, they website is very simple to use, and their packages/prices are worth for it for real, but most likely im in love with the support they provided, they responded literally in a second when i first messaged them, we talked much and they suggested me many things, offered new packages, dedicated servers, which they could customize and set up for me, basically if you want something cool service you should hit them up, they are fine to help you through all steps, and even if the proxies wont fit for your need they can process the refund (i tried many provider, some had so big prices and they were not providing refunds, and this guys i must say even made btc wallet for me to proccess the payments, and refunded with it, many other provider do not offer refund on btc/eth...)\nso if you want good support, cheap prices, and highest quality you should definitely choose scrape.do !",
