First and foremost, their scraping that I needed just works! I used them several times already and plan to use them more. Their support is prompt, professional and courteous and their documentation is very well built. I use it from Claude Code and don't need to do anything myself.

I need to extract Google Reviews for a places for 12-18 months to analyze them. I cannot do it any other way. I did some screenshooting and gave it to Claude to analyze but this is not scalable at all.
