Their team is actually helpful and very responsive. I've tried Zenrows, they were fine, Scrapefly, which worked well enough, but Scrape.do by far has been the best I've used, without a doubt.

1. Their scraping API is really effective. I was able to scrape websites with high security such as Cloudflare and some ReCaptcha and it seems to work by nearly 100% chance as I monitored.
2. Their dashboard is easy to use, intuitive and helpful to check my scraping job and credit usage in nearly real time manner.
2. However, you need to be careful when cancelling subscription. There are 2 options for cancelling subscription. First option is to cancel immediately and second option is to cancel at next billing period. I should have selected second option but actually selected first option. I simply thought they won't remove my credits because cancelling subscription is not cancelling my service but cancelling recurring billing only. However, I found out all my credit disappeared as soon as cancelling first option. So, I reached out their customer service for help. They restored my credit right away.
In summary, their product and dashboard is very good but their subscription system needs some improvement. I had some hassle during subscription cancellation issue but will use their service continuously. I hope this review would help anyone considering scrape.do as solution for scraping API and rotating proxies. 😃

Your claim that we withheld your money is false. We processed your refund on the same day, and we did not charge you for the one-week usage period. We use scrape.do to monitor local country Amazon product pages for changes. scrape.do has helped us tremendously in shortening the development time while improving the reliability of the results. At the beginning we needed some help with using geo-locations, but the customer service helped us immediately in live chat and worked out a perfect solution in just a matter of time!
I tried a lot of proxy API for some days (not gonna say the names, but really a lot...) and testing and implementing Scrape.do was the easiest thing ever, and the most satisfying because it just works since the development phase to the production one. It's fast and easy, with a generous free tier plan, I can now focus on other part of my business for having more customers and then happily paying premium plans of Scrape.do !
Best proxy rotating API by far. I recently signed up for scrape.do's Pro membership to complete a complex scraping assignment.
My use-case was very complex, using Python and Selenium, and requiring geocoding, javascript rendering, and captcha bypasses. Not only was my success rate high given how complex the task was, the speeds were amazingly fast.
Most other scraping services did not even manage to perform a single scrape successfully! To top this all off, the customer support was prompt and reliable throughout. Even when I was still on the free tier, Batuhan was extremely generous with his time and gave me all the advice I needed to make my project a success. On average, I waited no longer than 5 minutes for a reply.
I highly recommend scrape.do for any scraping project which requires proxy rotation. They are a cut above the rest.

We are using the scraping API of Scrape.do in one of the core modules of our SaaS project. We moved from Scraper API. The average response times of their API calls are far away better than the Scraper API. And they have top-notch customer service. I am suggesting their service.

In our company culture, delivering fast APIs is crucial. That is why we have tested similar solutions but thanks to scrape.do's friendly support and custom approach, we have reached the speed average like 800ms-900ms per each request and %99+ success rate which is amazing.
scrape.do, they website is very simple to use, and their packages/prices are worth for it for real, but most likely im in love with the support they provided, they responded literally in a second when i first messaged them, we talked much and they suggested me many things, offered new packages, dedicated servers, which they could customize and set up for me, basically if you want something cool service you should hit them up, they are fine to help you through all steps, and even if the proxies wont fit for your need they can process the refund (i tried many provider, some had so big prices and they were not providing refunds, and this guys i must say even made btc wallet for me to proccess the payments, and refunded with it, many other provider do not offer refund on btc/eth...) so if you want good support, cheap prices, and highest quality you should definitely choose scrape.do !
